And the Postcard - Continues!
 As
with any new vacation spot, I set out to "discover" the island - a
modern-day Christopher Columbus with camera around the neck and island
road map in hand. I had always thought of Hilton Head Island as
strictly a golf place and had imagined everyone running around the
island in those lovely green plaid polyester pants and not-quite
matching yellow knit shirts. But there's so much more to see and do
here than just play golf - like boating on the harbour, water skiing,
sailing, jet skiing, sunbathing, bicycling, playing tennis... and the
list just goes on and on and on...
 Now
don't get me wrong - golf is extremely popular here and I did
bring my clubs. I haven't decided whether I want to challenge myself
(and my patience!) by playing a course along the ocean or if I'll just
take in the sights and play a course that winds through a marsh. So
many decisions... so little time!
