Outer Banks, NC
Duck Woods Country Club
"Fourteen holes wrap around and
parallel the water allowing only the most accurate player to prosper."
Duck Woods Country Club is a semi-private course that opened
in 1969. Course architect Ellis Maples designed a course that
demands accuracy and precision on each hole especially the 14 holes
that parallel the water. The course also offers other visual beauties
as it is frequented by deer, geese, racoons, and rabbits.
The most challenging hole is the par 4 16th hole, which
is 440 yards, however, it plays longer thanks to the sneaky
Outer Banks wind. Before you play the course stop by and hit a couple
of balls at the driving range. See you on the links!.
